Hi Leslie - thanks for your response! This has really been a source of frustration, and I've been trying to pinpoint the source of the issue for a couple of months now.
The link is to where the content is hosted on a web server. I've also tried it on different servers, same error. See screenshot of the error below.
I'd like to try publishing as well if you do not mind Carly.
Could you share your .story file with me here? If you cannot share in the forums, you are welcome to share it with me directly here. Just please be sure to include the forum url/link as well.
Absolutely! I just sent it to you. I also tested it on my local machine - and I'm still getting the same error: "Invalid URI. Load of media resource failed." so I know it's not an issue with the server. Thanks!
Thanks for reaching back out and confirming. Sounds similar to what Carly was experiencing, but as Alyssa mentioned, we did not reach a resolution and we were actually unable to replicate.
If we could take a look at your file, that would be great. Sounds like we need to get to the bottom of the error you're seeing.

Hello Carly,
I did not see the error that you mentioned, but I definitely feel like the contents were not loading as expected.
Has this content been loaded to a web server for sharing or is this link from your local machine?

Thanks Carly - I'm taking a look now and will reply back to you via e-mail from your support case :)
Hi Leslie - just following up. Any updates? Thanks!
Oh no Carly! I just re-sent the e-mail that I sent to you yesterday.
Be sure to check your spam/junk if needed. The e-mail will be from support@articulate.com
Sorry you did not see my reply yesterday.
Any updates about this issue? Did you solve it? I'm experiencing the same. Thanks
Hi Luis, sorry you're running into this error too!
It looks like we didn't reach a solution in Carly's case. Can you tell me more about what's going on with your file?
Is it hosted on a web server or a LMS? Do you see this error in a particular web browser, or all web browsers?
It's hosted on a web server. The Tincan File works ok when you launch it in local. That error I get it with Firefox, but also doesn't work in Chrome.
