Just purchased 360 and when I go into the free photos only about half of them show up, the others are a grey triangle with an exclamation point in them. Has the picture dimensions but unable to get them or view them. I have all of the characters so I'm assuming I'm connected to articulate? Anyone got any ideas or run into the same issue?

Sorry, you've hit a snag there, as you should be able to see all images within Articulate 360 (on a trial or subscription)!
Let's start by having you check that you've enabled the network endpoints and ports listed here.
If you're still seeing that grey triangle after that, I'll have you connect with our Support Team and they'll be able to dig deeper!
