I recently activated an automatic update of SL2 only to find that all of my photographic characters other than Atsumi have disappeared. I cannot remember whether or not I purchased a character pack - don't think so - and I'm not near my main computer to search. Has anyone else experienced this, is there a reason and what is the solution?
If you haven't purchased a character pack or had one as a part of a promotion, Atsumi would be the only photographic character you would have. You may want to connect with our Customer care team to see if they can tell you if you have a license for the characters or work with our Support team to help track down the files.
