I am trying to use the Pick One question type; however, I need each item to have a different scoring value. For example if I have 4 graphics on the page and the student selects graphic 1, they would get 5 points, if they select graphic 2 they would get 10 points, if they select graphic 3 they would get 15 points and if they selected graphic 4 they would get 20 points. Is this possible.

This is definitely possible. I think what you want to do is the following:
Create a Freeform "Pick One" slide that has your choices on it
Assign your choices in the Form View drop downs
Under options tab up on the ribbon, change "Score" to "By choice". This way you can assign a different points value to each choice in the Pick One interaction .
You can also change the "Feedback" to be "By choice" as well if you want a unique feedback for each choice.
