I have tried updating, restarting, shutting down and re-power, new project, existing project and no matter what i do i cannot get a picture to insert when i go to Insert->Picture->Picture From File. I have tried changing the location that pull from as well. I have also tried to just drag the picture from my file to the storyline window and it still will not insert.
