Hi, how do I ensure that Articulate will be able to know the answers in correct order type questions once the question is being answered? Currently the form view of the slides do not ask for both the correct or incorrect answer.
(I've used survey as the layout of the slide.)
For example:
Place the following stages of X in their correct order.
any reason why you didn't use one of the graded question types like sequence drop down? See attached.
Otherwise, do you want to upload the slide as you have setup - might be easier for someone to give you a solution if they can see it if you want to go with the survey slide.

Hi Wendy - thanks for your reply.
Turned out I was trying to set the question up as a survey instead of quiz, so the feedback options I wanted were not there! All sorted now.
