Help! I can't get the audio to sound. What am I doing wrong? I'm on a slide and I want to play a short audio sound effect when the user clicks the NEXT button on the player. That appears to be an option when you edit the triggers. However, the trigger is not attached to any object on the slide. Is it possible to do this? I want the sound to play for only one slide.
That is ingenious! How did you ever think of that? I tried it in mine and it works perfectly now. Thanks a million!
I wish I better understood why assigning an action to the NEXT button did not work. I spent an hour on this one problem and with your solution I resolved it in 30 seconds!
Often it is a matter of the order of the triggers. I have found a couple of times where we thought something was not working but it was working and then the next trigger was also working so fast that you were unable to see the first one fire if that makes any sense. Or the first trigger made it impossible for the second one to fire as it moved you off the slide before it could fire.
Not sure if I am making any sense but there are always people on the forums ready to help if you need any assistance.

Susan;
I have attached a short example that I think does what you need.
I set the audio to play when the next button is clicked then set the slide to advance when the media completes.
