So you're users are returning to the previous slide where the video was and it plays a second on the screencast? Can you share the .story file here with us (or even those two slides)?
The forums have about a 20 mb limit for file uploads. The published file may not help us in this scenario as we won't be able to see the triggers or timeline. Are you able to pull out just those two slides and share them in a new .story file here? I could also send you directions on how to share the files with me privately which would allow for a larger upload amount.

Look at your slide setting for the slide that plays the screencast.
Specifically, look at the "when revisiting" selection and make sure it is set to "Reset to Initial state"
ashley I always get an error message when i try and load up a file- not sure if the file is 2 big- maybe better if I publsih it.
