I am having inconsistant issues with playback on iPad - everything works fine on flash enabled version but from the iPad, when you choose an option from the menu that you have already visited sometimes it starts part way through and the seekbar doesn't reflect the playback. If I refresh sometimes it will then play great but all of a sudden for no apparent reason it will start half way another topic or fail to play the slide at all. I am using HTML5 not the app. Any tips/suggestions? Its really driving me crazy!
Is there a reason you don't want to use the iOS app? It won't have any of the limitations that you would run into with HTML5 in Mobile Safari.
But, would you be able to upload the source .STORY file from your project to http://files.articulatetest.com/upload then send me a note with the name of the project, and some steps to reproduce the issue. I can take a look and see if there is anything we can do about it.
Thanks for replying Dave. We intend to make demo versions available to the public and feel that forcing an app download may be an issue. The most frustrating thing is that sometimes things play fine but if you keep selecting different options it seems to fall apart under pressure.

the published content seems to be fine on pc and iphone but on the ipad if you select select an item from the menu while during a topic and then go back to it the timeline doesn't seem to reset and sometimes the media just doesn't play.
I am having similar issues publishing to HTML5. Much like Rois, I am using this course for marketing purposes and don't want to force the download of the app.
I experimented with HTML5 on the iPad prior to the most recent Storyline update (#2) but decided to avoid it due to the audio issues. I have a fairly complex course that works great in the iPad app, pretty good on my computer browser in HTML5 but totally unusable in my iPad/iPhone Safari browser in HTML5.
On my iPad (HTML 5) the slides shuffle in a random order, pausing at times, skipping past some of the content and playing others. Audio is not working. I don't even know where to begin to troubleshoot.
Is HTML5 playback on iOS still problematic or does it make sense to upload my course to support and attempt to get this to work?
