Playback on Surface Book Tablet - navigation shell but no content

Hi Steve,

What version of Storyline are you authoring and publishing with? I'd make sure first you're using the latest update and a supported browser for the version of Storyline you're using: 

Also, it's worth checking where you uploaded and hosted the content. Perhaps it's something with how the  Learning Management System (LMS) or web server is displaying it.

That's the 2 in 1, right? What browser are you viewing the content in? The supported viewing environments are listed here for Storyline 360.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
