What version of Storyline are you authoring and publishing with? I'd make sure first you're using the latest update and a supported browser for the version of Storyline you're using:
Also, it's worth checking where you uploaded and hosted the content. Perhaps it's something with how the Learning Management System (LMS) or web server is displaying it.
I'm a bit behind - may be one upgrade for 360. Also the course was published some time ago so maybe I should update, republish and reupload to the LMS (Docebo) before I try it again.
It works fine on a Surface tablet, it's the Surface book where it's having problems.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Storyline 360, build 3.25.18088.0 and you'll find the system requirements here.
Storyline 3, build 3.6.18134.0 system requirements here.
