I need to edit the Player properties in the Home Menu but when I click nothing happens. I am using Articulate on my C: drive not USB. I have downloaded Flash Player and still no change.
Thanks for reaching out to us here, sorry for the trouble! Are you just having difficulty with one file in particular or is this happening with any file that you work on? Perhaps importing into a new file if the former is the issue or you may need to repair your software to fix erratic behavior if the latter.
Please, i need help. I need to hide few slides on the menu, for example i want only 5 out of 10 slides to appear on the menu, the rest should remain hidden.
But, when i click on the player button, its not working. See screenshot of the pop up box i'm getting.

Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
