Player buttons not accessible on iphone?

Hi Community Heroes, 

I'm testing the usability for courses on mobile devices. I have two main issues. 

1. It looks like the built-in player features like menu, resources, etc., and the previous and next buttons cannot be clicked on when using a phone. Is this a limitation? Am I missing something?

2. On the networking activity (click on the phone "How to build your network") - while typing using my iphone keypad, if I enter a name and click "done" it works, if I click "enter" the form jumps to the last slide and I cannot complete the activity.

These issues do not seem to happen in the desktop or ipad version so you can compare how it should work.

I just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience or has any suggestion:) Thanks!

Hi Patricia!

I do not see a menu for your course, but the resources and prev/next buttons seem to be working for me on an iPhone.

I do see the issue with the clicking Return vs Done on the keyboard. Not sure if this is a limitation of the mobile phone. 

Would you be able to share your .story file so that we can look into the other player options that you mention and understand how this activity was set up.
