Player
Aug 08, 2016
Hello,
I wanted to resize my player in order to make it bigger. I've seen in the forum that to do so I had to reset the size of my slides. When I do it, it works but then It also decreases the size of my previous and next button as well as my Menu bar....
Is there a way to avoid this?
Thanks a lot,
Mélanie

Hi Mélanie! You can go into your Player Properties window and change the font size of your Player features. Under Colors & Effects, increase the player text size to the appropriate percentage (up to 200%) to make it a better experience for your users. Note that this only affects Flash output. HTML5 output will still use a player font size of 100%, and the Articulate Mobile Player uses a font size optimized for mobile devices. Here, in our System Requirements, we've listed which browsers are supported for Flash, HTML5 and AMP outputs.

Thanks a lot Crystal.
Also, I would like to ask you. I used lightbox slides in my module and since I have resized my slides, the cross at the top right corner to close the lightbox slide is very small.
Can we do something about it?
Thanks a lot again!
Have a great evening!
Mélanie
Hi Melanie,
The lightbox sizing is based on your story slide size, so there isn't a modification that can be made to create a larger lightbox button. You may see it display better when viewing the published output once in the intended environment vs. previewing as the preview only allows for within the StorylineUI
