I have been trying to open the player dialog box to customize my player and the whole product freezes and I have to end the task and reopen the project. Any suggestions?
First, you'll want to make sure that you have Storyline installed on your local hard drive and that the project files you're working with are also on your local drive. Working on a network or USB drive can cause erratic behavior, you should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate) and avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.

You may also want to conduct a repair of your Storyline software, and the supporting Windows software.
