I don't know if anyone else have had this problem. I've been trying to republish and old artefact built in Storyline 1. Upgrading it to 360 is successful. I adjusted the player options which gave me a preview of what the player will look like. Then published it for web output. As soon as I run the html file, the player frame does not display in the browser window, yet the active areas are visible only when you hover your mouse over where the next/previous buttons should be. Any ideas what might cause this?

Are you using the Classic player or the Modern player in this project?
Try hosting the output on a web server (Tempshare will work as long as you include Flash in the output). Let me know if you notice a difference!
