Are you receiving an error message? You may want to check that Adobe Flash Player is enabled in Internet Explorer. If enabling Flash player does not resolve the issue, you may need to try uninstalling Shockware Player from your system.
To uninstall the Shockwave player on Windows use the Add/Remove programs feature in the Control Panel to uninstall Shockwave.

Hi Daniela!
Can you clarify what feature you are referring to? Is the Player tab not opening, or is the Player not opening when you hit the Preview button?
It seems to be because of Shockplayer not responding. I'm not sure how to fix Shockplayer.
