I uploaded a new version of a project I have been working on into our LMS and noticed something new. In the top right-hand side of the player, the length of time and a clock/pie appears showing the eLearn run time (please see attached). I have not seen this before, nor have I made changes in the player to reflect this. I cannot see in the player how to turn it off. Please advise.
Go to your results slide - select the edit results slide option and at the bottom of the dialog box it should have a 'show timer' checkbox you can deselect
My next question. I have uploaded a logo into the player. It is actually two logos which I 'grouped' in PowerPoint and saved as a picture. When I upload the logo into the Player, a white line appears underneath (please see attached). You will notice I have placed a coloured box behind the logos in an attempt to 'trick' Articulate and eliminate the white line however this has not worked.
does your logo fit this recommendation from Articulate:
For the best results, use an image that has a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 220 pixels. If your image doesn't fit within these dimensions, Storyline will scale it to fit.
