I have been building a series of modules using the same player template, and there is ONE course, for which the font looks different (tiny, bold and hardly readable). Has anyone ever run until that issue, or Can anyone think of how to fix this?
I have tried (i) changing the font from the player (ii) importing a player that works correctly from a different course (iii) changing the length of my course title and menu titles.
See attached two screenshots that show the difference between that one course and the other.
If you're still seeing these issues, it might be helpful if you could share one file that has the correct player template, and also the file that has the incorrect player template so we can test both on our end. Thank you. You're right, I did test it in our LMS and it displays in what seems to be Arial. I will submit a case to follow up. One additional thing that I tried just now was to import the course in an existing module that has the correct player showing, but I still run into the same issue.

First we'll want to make sure that all of your projects were created and published on your local hard drive. Also, how are you testing the published content? You'll want to be sure you're viewing it from the same environment your users will view it, either LMS or web server. Are you viewing the published content with Flash or HMTL5 in a supported browser?
