I'm using Storyline and for some reason the player is blurry - both in preview and when published. When I say the player is blurry I mean the writing - the course title across the top and the menu items. Has anyone come across this before?
I have the browser set to maximum, and the player set to optimum.
What do you have your story size set to? If you've set the browser to scale to a maximum size it could be distorted the overall player and slide view? Also, the player font size cannot be changed - so you may want to consider that when looking at the overall size you'd like to set up.
I fiddled with the story size and the browser size - neither fixed my blurry player. Adjusting the story size fixed another issue I was having though so thank you!
I'll test the player on a few different computers. Maybe it is just blurry on mine.
