I purchased a template to use on a course- I am trying to change the player on the template to a standard storyline player. The player changes to the way I want it to be on some slides but not on all of them which keeps reverting to the template player.
Strange that you would see the wrong player settings on some slides, but not all of them. Would you mind sharing a copy of your file with me? Also, if you could let me know which slides display the wrong player, that would be helpful, too!
