I am experiencing an unusual behavior after launching a storyline file using IE 11. For some reason, the menu, resources and glossary tab do not display as normal (see attached). Is this an indication the computer is missing a plug in? I do not have this situation on other computers using the same version browser. Please help.
Based on those images, it looks more like you are viewing the content locally vs uploading to the intended environment.
If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. See this article for details.
