Hi Community. I have upgraded to Storyline 2 today and when I preview all my projects in Storyline 2 it does not display correctly in the Player. Please see attachment.
It adds extra space between my content and the actual player. I am not using any player navigation buttons. I also dont use any tabs except a custom tab to exit the course. Can anyone assist?
You may also want to run through these standard troubleshooting steps if issues persist: Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.

Hi, Natalie -- Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing, and there are a few options we can try initially. Have you reviewed this information on Changing the Browser Settings and Player Size, as well as How to Create a Chromeless Player?
