Player or LMS engine?

Hi, 

Can anyone tell me if the "Restart" option, circled in the attached photo, is product of articulate player or my LMS? After exiting the course at any time, upon re-launch of the course, this screen displays; I would only like our learners to have the "Resume" option, not Retry  

Any help is appreciated.
