For the Resume option I choose Promt to resume but I have a problem., when the user want to pick up where they left off that's doesn't work. He come back at a wrong place but it's always the same place. This problem is the same no matter of the computer, so I don't think the problem is the cache or history...
There are a few things we can try first to rule out some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
Also, please be sure that you are testing the published output in the intended environment, as well. Hope that helps and if not, please let me know and we'll dig a little further! :)
Formally, the AICC specification has the same suspend_data limits as SCORM 1.2 (4,096 characters). However, not all Learning Management Systems choose to impose this limit, so this will be dependent on your LMS. Most likely, if Moodle imposes the limit for SCORM 1.2, they may also impose it for AICC.
You may want to consider shortening the length by breaking the presentation down into smaller parts? I will defer to the community for their recommendations on the best way to go about it. :)

I the latest versions of moodle you can override the bookmarking data limit.
Although at 450 slide really this should be split into smaller more digestible chunks
