Hello, I am facing an issue. When I choose the Modern player and switch off the Menu controls (so I don't see any player), the course doesn't respect the Story size defined in Design tab and is always shown as full screen.
How can I make it show only in the defined size? I know I can do it with the Classic player but if I do so, I can't switch off the Menu controls.
The modern player will always scale up to fit the size of the window.
A better option for you would be to use the classic player, and completely hide the player frame. By doing that, all you will see is the slide itself with no border or menu controls.
I really like the Modern play but is there anyway to keep the next previous control arrows visible using the Modern player? Because the Modern Player launches in full screen the controls are missing. I'm using Chrome web browser latest version.
You should still see the navigation controls while using the Modern Player, so here are a few settings to look at!
In the Player Properties, you'll see the option to turn on/off menu controls. In this case, you'll want them set to "on".
Secondly, in Player Properties there is an Other button. This will open up the Browser Settings. In this area, make sure "Display window with no browser controls" isn't checked.
