I'm currently having an issue in Articulate Storyline 360 where I have set up tabs that take the user to a new layer however this is now affecting the player and is not allowing the user to pause the timeline on these tabs.
For each layer, in the Slide Layer Properties you'll want to choose Yes in the settings dropdown for Allow Seeking. Take a peek at this screenshot for reference:
Once I changed that setting on your layers, I'm able to pause the timeline. I've attached your edited file here for you.
