Hi, Angela -- Can you share some more details about the type of issues you are seeing? And are you, by chance, testing your output on different browsers? If you are using Firefox, you may be running into the issue described here.
Hi Christie, when we publish modules for the web, the modules don't launch with IE8 but they work with Chrome. When we publish for SCORM, the modules launch in both browsers. These are the only browsers we have access to.
Publishing with SCORM is fine for our modules that sit in the LMS, but we have a collection of online modules/resouces uploaded to our sharepoint site. Ideally, we would like to publish these modules for web and have them launch using IE8, as this is the main browser for most users.
Hi, Angela -- Thank you for the update. As it sounds like you are meeting the system requirements for SL1, I would like to put you in touch with our Support Engineers for further exploration of the issue. If you would like to share your email address, I would be happy to submit a ticket for you, (and then you could edit to remove your email from the thread), or you are welcome to submit the case directly using this form.
Hi, Angela -- Sounds good, and if you could share your email address with me, I will create the ticket, after which, you would be welcome to edit to remove that info from the thread by hitting 'edit'. I'll create the ticket and someone from our Support Staff would be assisting you via email shortly thereafter. I plan to follow along with the ticket, and will share our Engineer's suggestions here, as they may be helpful to others experiencing the same problem who come across this thread.
Hi, Angela --- Thanks for your email address, and I've submitted a case for you (00624440). You are welcome to edit to remove your email address from the thread if you'd like, and you will be hearing from someone on our Support staff shortly via email.
Hi, Angela -- I just wanted to touch base, as it appears that Renato from Support has reached out to you via email for more information. If you are able to provide your file, and respond via email to answer the following questions he posed, hopefully we'll get this figured out! :)
1. Can you indicate the Windows version that is encountering the issue? 2. Is the issue happening within a network? Is it possible to test the content outside the affected network?
(Please note that I am updating the thread with progress on the case for anyone else who may be having a similar issue and comes across this thread looking for assistance.)

Any thoughts/ideas?
