Hi, I was working in Storyline, attempted to preview a slide, and it showed no content. I closed the file, reopened it. It appears there is no content to the story, but it shows there is 31,812 KB.
I have worked six weeks on the project, and a review link is due on Friday. Please help!
You could try importing the content from a new storyline course.
Otherwise you may need to revert to a backup, if you never made a backup perhaps it is on a network and a backup is available or if you use Windows 7 you may be able to restore a previous version. If you used dropbox you can also restore a previous version.
Thanks, Phil. Importing was a great idea, but it did not work. It only recognized the question bank. Ironically, the issue occurred after I added the question bank. Also, it shows there are not any previous versions.
My IT department was able to provide the backed up version from yesterday, so at least I only lost work from this morning. I appreciate your super fast response. Thanks!!!

Glad you got it sorted.
Hi Marilyn,
You mentioned the issue occurring after creating a question bank, which made me think of this fix that was included in Update 5. Do you know what update of Storyline you're using?
