.png files that were crisp in SL1 are horrible in SL2 (Cornerstone
Oct 15, 2014
Hi!
I hope I can find a solution to this problem today or tomorrow. I made ran intro to our short courses and it worked great in SL1 when testing on SCORMcloud and then in its permanent home on Cornerstone LMS.
Since converting to SL2, however, the intro looks great in SCORMcloud but then horrible on Cornerstone. Please see the attached screen shots to see what I mean.
The sunburst is a png image, and it seems ALL my png images look great on SCORMcloud but are just a clump of pixels once run through Cornerstone. Obviously this makes for an enormous amount of re-work to find and resave images as jpgs, and in some cases that will be made worse by the fact that I will lose transparency.
Is anyone else coming across this problem, and what solutions have you found?

Okay so just sharing the answer in case anyone runs into this trouble. It wasn't a Cornerstone problem, it's the fact that the tester was using the Internet app on the tablet to test. In Chrome, everything looks fab.
Thanks for sharing an update Patricia!
