poor video quality when importing mp4

Hi

I have a problem that I need help with.

I am  making a storyline presentation that involves video recordings of the screen.

I am using Camptasia to record, and the output file is in mp4-format. 

The video file looks sharp when viewed in a media player, but the picture quality drops considerably when imported into Storyline.

What am I doing wrong?
