I popped out the Notes so that I can copy the content to edit the caption. I can't find it nowhere on my screen. I tried everything. I closed my story and opened it again. I uninstalled Storyline 360 and installed it again. The Notes never comes back. It is not the Notes that can be activated in the player, it is the Notes along side Timelines and States.

Don't worry anymore. By looking all around, I found my Notes back. Thanks.
