Pop-Up Box Issue

I am having an issue with pop up boxes in two different instances and I do not know how to edit them. The first one is on the knowledge checks - if the user tries to submit without selecting an answer they get a pop-up saying they must complete the question. The problem is the button you select on the pop-up is cut off so it is near impossible to see.

The second issue is upon returning to the course - a pop-up comes up asking the user if they wish to continue where they left off. Again, you can't see the options since the buttons are cut off.

I am adding screenshots to show you what I mean. Thanks in advance for any possible solutions.

A few questions to help us sort what's causing those buttons to get cut off:

  • What version of Storyline are you using? Click on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
  • What are your DPI settings? We typically recommend using 100% or 96 DPI. 
  • Are you comfortable with sharing your course for testing? You can send it privately to our Engineers by using this secure link. We'll review it and delete it after!
