I have a slide with 2 buttons. Each button causes a layer to appear. On one of the layers is a word that when hovered over, i would like a definition to appear. I usually have a layer show on hover that contains the defintion, but when I do so, the first layer (the target of button one) disappears.
any thought on how I can accomplish what I am trying to do?
One option would be to insert a transparent shape of the term and add a hover state to the shape that shows the definition. You could also use a hotspot that changes the state of a text caption from Hidden to Normal.
