Pop up on incorrect feedback does not open on iPad

When viewing the course on an iPad, if I answer a question incorrectly, I see the incorrect feedback pop up like I am supposed to. However, on that pop up, there is another pop up to show the correct feedback. On a computer, there is no problem opening it. On an iPad, you can tell it's trying to open, but is unable. I have attached a short video to demonstrate this. 

The course was developed using Storyline 2.

Any feedback on how to fix this would be appreciated!

Thanks for allowing me to take a peek at your file, Jennifer. I tested it on an iPad Mini and on an iPhone 6S, and I saw the same thing you're seeing. It looks like the Zoom Image feature doesn't work on a layer when the content is viewed with a mobile device.

We have reported this bug to our team, and we’ll continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.
