How do you go about presenting past projects? Do you specifically target a few to display skills "compliance e-learning, onboarding for HR, basic, complicated etc." Do you host these on a website? What are your suggestions for impressing employers.
Portfolios are definitely a "must" these days. I would say the more variety you can show, the better UNLESS you are trying to showcase your expertise in a particular field.
