I have added a poster frame image to two videos in my project because they start with a trigger (click) from the learner. Unfortunately, neither are showing up on the screen or in review. . . Just a black screen until the video starts.
Thanks for the quick response Rebecca. I was finally able to get the poster frame to show by loading the video using the trigger wizard instead of the insert. I didn't realize that loading video using insert will cause the video to always start automatically when the timeline starts. That's why I wasn't seeing the poster frame - no trigger start. Worked like a charm using the trigger wizard .

I don't have an answer for you, but thought I'd start the conversation by asking if you inserted the poster frame per the support article here
It may be easier for the community to troubleshoot if you can upload a slide with a video on it.
