I tried to import a powerpoint presentation into storyline and got the following message. I tried more the one powerpoint presentation and it has happened each time. Any ideas on what is causing the error message.

You're most likely seeing that error message because you're working with a 64-bit installation of PowerPoint, or the PowerPoint file was created with a 64-bit version. Hello , I attempted to publish to AO and received an error message "Unable to get PP preference. Pease close and restart. I have WIN 7 64 bit OS. How do I fix this?
