PowerPoint Has Stopped Working

Hello - I am having issues with editing a few courses that I had built using Studio '13. I am now trying to edit them with Articulate 360 and each time I try and access any Articulate functionality, I get the error message "Microsoft PowerPoint has stopped working" and the program closes completely. I have been able to successfully edit some other courses that were also created around the same time, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 360, but still have the issue.

  • Are you working on a local hard drive (typically the C: drive)? Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause similar issues, so I always like to start by ruling that out as the culprit.
  • Could you go through these steps to repair and install a fresh copy of Studio 360?
