Powerpoint Import Error

Hi everybody, brand new to Storyline. So new, in fact, that I am trying to import my first project and coming up with errors. I have a powerpoint I am trying to update within Storyline 3, but each time I try I get an error message saying, "Exception during Import Powerpoint, value must be between 0 and 21600000."

I have attached the error message.

Importing Powerpoint into Storyline should be an easy, seamless process but there can be occasional hiccups. Take a look at some of the troubleshooting steps here.
