I have uploaded a PowerPoint file to Storyline 3. Everything looks fine until I publish the file and load it into our Learning Management System. Then the fonts look like some type of foreign language. However, if I publish to CD and open the executable file, everything looks fine. I have compared all the settings for publishing with another course that is working and they are identical.
Have you also tried uploading it to SCORM Cloud? That's a good standard for testing LMS content, and if the fonts are display correctly there than you may want to reach out to your LMS team about varying support for font types. Storyline 3 and 360 uses WOFF fonts.

Is this in IE? I have found it is better to publish flash first if you have users using IE.
