I have been unable to use my powerpoint application since installing articulate 360 on my new PC. It works well on my previous PC (although characters take forever to load and then returns with an error). But on this PC, launching powerpoint give the error message attached
"Powerpoint is running into problems with the 'articulate' add-in... Disable add-in..." both applications have been uninstalled and reinstalled (using new installers too) as an attempt to resolve this but it remains the same. Disabling the add-in would prevent my use of the needed articulate features. Please help.
