i contacted support. They gave me a list of to dos and i did them and it's still not importing the audio. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled and it's not working.

He's able to get it to work on his end but it's still not working on my end. I have a major project due. I need this fixed asap. I've followed all the directions and it won't import the audio. What is he doing that I'm not doing.
It looks like Renato recently invited you to a remote session so he can walk you through the steps - be sure to let me know if you were able to import successfully after the session!
