Powerpoint Not opening

Hi,
I keep receiving "Failed to import PowerPoint" message. I clicked the link to the article explaining the possibilities. None of these scenarios are my issue.
I tried with a very simple PowerPoint. See attached, and still doesn't work.
I'm running the latest version of Stoyline 360, latest version of office 365
Pleae help. I literally just installed Storyline to see how it works with PowerPoint and this is happening. Very frustrating :(

I also tried to reinstall Storyline but that didn't help either
Hi there, Todd. It looks like you checked all the right things. I was able to import that .PPTX into my Storyline 360. Is the PowerPoint file saved on your local C: drive? If not, try copying it to your desktop from any shared or network drive.

Thank you for replying! Sorry for posting both places I wasnt sure exactly where and then I read that I should contact support. It looks like I dont have PowerPoint locally installed. I never realized that I could run office from the cloud. So hopefully installing PowerPoint locally with do the trick.

Just to follow up, it turned out that I was not running a local version of PowerPoint. so I logged into my Microsoft 360 account and found where I can download locally. Now it works perfectly!
