I have presentation with notes on every page - the slides import fine but the notes fail to show. I have PowerPoint 2016 and Storyline 360 v3.13.15006.0
Do you want to share your PPT, or a page of it with notes, I can look at it? I tested with those versions and the notes came into the notes on the slide for me successfully.
