I am bringing in an existing .ppt slideshow made in PPT 2007. Each slide has a narration which I want to keep. Only two slides came in with their audio. Each slide was recorded in the same way with the same mic. What can I do to bring all of the audio in?
Initially I would suggest updating the file format to the current .pptx rather than the older .ppt (File Save as). If that doesn't work then you may need to visit each slide (in the newly saved .pptx) and update the recorded audio by right clicking the audio icon and selecting Update Media Object. This would reduce any issues the import may have whilst attempting to Import the older file formats. The process may also highlight any issues within the PowerPoint file itself.
