I have uploaded many powerpoint slides to start a storyline file, but one simply will not publish. It uploads as normal, allows me to edit as normal. But when I preview or publish, it gets stuck around 75% and asks me to send error report.
Has anyone had this happen? Is there a solution to try?
I cannot speak on behalf of Francis as it looks like they were able to solve their own issue.
Are you getting an error or some sort?
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

I found the problem - i had some odd code showing up in storyline that wasn't in the PPT file. When I replaced that, it published
I'm having the same issue. How did you find the problem?

I don't recall what the problem was. Best guess is that I re did it manually. Hopefully Leslie has a better solution (i.e., faster)
I had an typed emoji on one slide that Storyline regarded as an "invalid character." Tech support found it. I never would've.
