I am trying to import a PowerPoint presentation from my desktop. I keep getting an error that Storyline can't import the file. I have never had this issue before. I tried all the suggestions in the help section. I am using Storyline 3, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 365.

Does your Office 365 plan also include local installation of PowerPoint? If so, as long as you're utilizing the software locally and not just the online/web app portion, you should be fine with Office 365. Check out this handy chart that lists system requirements for every Articulate 360 app.

Sorry meant to get back to you sooner. That was the problem thanks. I downloaded PowerPoint to my desktop. Everything works now.
