Good day! Storyline 360 has its own built in Survey that you can use at the beginning or end of your projects. Depending on what you wanted to do on the answers to those surveys you might add a few tweak to make it happen. Overall it can definitely add improved learning experience to the students.
The built in features are the same as what you can find in Quizmaker 09.
