The existing Templates are available when you do Insert > New Slide as im image below. Any of the elements can be changed and / or customised.

Otherwise, you can build pretty much anything very simply.

This is one of the major benefits of Storyline, you do not have to pay anyone else to get templates, and they will always look and feel correct, (one of the reasons I have always avoided Raptivity).
