Presentation stops in LMS

I have a course that runs perfectly on a desktop/laptop but just stops part way through the third slide when run on cell phone. I have not had this issue before and have even tried to keep the screen 'alive' but this does not seem to solve the issue. I have to shut down the presentation and open it again. It stops again at within 1 slide of the original stop. Has anyone experienced this before and solved it?

The files are attached.

The phones seem to be a number of them so not just one phone. I use a
Samsung J1 which had the issue also.

I do wonder whether it is the size/complexity of the slide/s. Slide 3
certainly stops. If this is the case, then it is likely that other slides
will have the same issue. I can split the slide contents into 2 slides if
this is the issue.

I really appreciate your assistance.

Hello, Ian!  I had a look at your file, and it played through as expected for me in a web environment and in a LMS environment on different mobile phones, iOS and Android.

Can you check out my two links and let me know what you see on your devices?

*I did add a jump button to override the navigation restrictions just for ease of testing on the first few slides.

I sincerely thank you for your time and effort. We have since tested on the
LMS we are using and all works perfectly.
We then tested the original version but removed the User clicking the NEXT
button and it all worked also. We then reinserted the need for the User to
click the NEXT button and had the issue again so it seems that there is
something happening with the NEXT button so we have now updated the version
to automatically continue without User action which has overcome the issue.

I will look into why this is happening when I have a few moments.

Again, the support you guys provide is outstanding.
I sent a note to the CTO this morning after receiving an email extolling
the virtues of Articulate 360 advising I would love to move across and
would in a flash if the costs were at the $600 mark. Perhaps one day!.
